General Info:
1. Sale hours are Friday 10-4, Saturday 10-4, and Sunday 10-3.
2. Accepted payment: cash or credit card only (Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX) or debit card purchases.
3. Enter at the front door; a sign up list will be available one hour before the start of the sale. No Early Birds.
4. All items sold as is, where is. No refunds or returns.
5. Announcements on sale day take precedence over any written, advertised and prior verbal announcements. (for example, in case of bad weather).
Health and Safety
1. Face coverings are required, unless exempt according to state and local regulations.
2. The number of people will be limited to between 10 and 50 people at our site manager's discretion to comply with social distancing guidelines.

1. Bring help to load large items.
2. Not responsible for accidents.
