1. PLEASE NOTE START TIME FOR SATURDAY. AUBREY IS HAVING SURGERY FRIDAY, AND WE WILL HAVE A LATER START ON SATURDAY. IF FOR SOME REASON WE AREN'T ABLE TO HOLD THE SALE, WE'LL POST BY 8PM ON FRIDAY NIGHT.
2. ALL CLOTHING, SHOES, AND ACCESSORIES WILL BE $1. ALL OTHER ITEMS 30% OFF ON SATURDAY, AND 50% OFF ON SUNDAY, UNLESS MARKED FIRM.
3. JEWELRY WILL NOT BE DISCOUNTED ON SATURDAY, AS WE ARE STILL PUTTING OUT QUITE A BIT. WE'LL MAKE A DECISION ABOUT JEWELRY DISCOUNTS ON SUNDAY ON SATURDAY EVENING.
4. PLEASE USE 2ND DRIVEWAY TO PARK. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON NEIGHBORS' PROPERTY.

Join us for week 2 of this estate tag sale in Forest. We have added LOTS of jewelry, including plenty of sterling, and this week we'll be adding some items from the red barn! Items include antiques, collectibles, furniture, glassware, household and more. Lots of items moved last week, but there's still plenty left! MORE INFO, INCLUDING LOTS OF PHOTOS, WILL BE ADDED SHORTLY.

All announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any other announcements, whether written or verbal.

TERMS:

1. Payment accepted in the form of cash, check, or major credit card.
2. Sales tax is collected on all sales, unless you have a valid reseller's ID on file.
3. All items must be removed the day of the sale. Blue Ribbon Auction Services will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items.
4. $50 returned check fee.
5. All items sold as is/where is - no warranty expressed or implied.
6. Blue Ribbon Auction Services reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days.
