All merchandise is publicly displayed prior to auction. We recommend that you look at items before bidding. If you choose to bid without inspecting the item(s) you assume all risks associated with bidding without inspection.

Property will be sold to the highest bid. Once a bid is submitted it cannot be retracted. In the event of duplicate bids, the earliest bid will take precedence. Grindstaff’s shall not be held responsible for any failure of any electronic equipment or electronic connections during bidding.

Should my bids be successful, I guarantee payment same day of auction. Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and wire transfer are accepted.

A buyer's premium of 13% with 3% discount for cash or approved check.

Buyer agrees to remove within 5 days. Any pieces or portions of any lot remaining at the auction site after the pickup date shall be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements are made.

Grindstaff Auction & Realty, is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business with the auction company. By placing a bid, you agree to hold Grindstaff Auction & Realty and its agents harmless of any damage or liability.
