No holds all items must be paid for before pick up and must be removed by the purchaser. All items are sold "as is" and no warranty is expressed or implied. This sale is from the estate of a couple who lived in the house for 20 years. Retired navy and engineer. House is full of quality furniture mostly Pennsylvania House and Henkle Harris. Large amounts of China and housewares. Waterford crystal, pweter, Baldwin brass, portmerrion Wedgwood to name a few. All furniture is as new as these were private people. Lots of casual dining and bar ware as well. Karisdan rugs, many quality linens. 2 new leather sofas. Framed prints and lithography from local artists and much more.
