All sales are final. We accept cash or Venmo ONLY (Cashapp, PayPal, Zelle, and checks will not be accepted). For cash, no single bills over $20 will be accepted; meaning no 50s and 100s. Bring your own muscle; we have lots of designer/Ethan Allen furniture and TVs that are heavy. We cannot assist with lifting or hauling furniture. All purchased items must be removed from the property by Sunday, July 12 at 3 p.m. Any items left after this time will be forfeited without a refund. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or slips that occur on the property during the sale. No large bags, backpacks, or heavy jackets are allowed in the house. You may bring a Costco-style box which will be inspected before departing through the front door. No early birds or pre-sales. A sign-up sheet for entry order will be placed at the front door at 7:00 am on both days of the sale. We may limit the number of people inside the home at any time to ensure safe and comfortable shopping. Valuables are removed from the property. Higher-end items may be viewed at the checkout area. Security cameras are on-site; you will be recorded. We accept reasonable offers on major items starting on Day 1. Discounts will begin on Day 2.
