SHIPPING DETAILS
LOCAL PICKUP:

Bid ONLY if you can pickup your winning items on this day and times.
The address will be noted on the sales invoice of the winning bidder.
Any items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. If items are transported to a different location due to failure to pickup during the scheduled time, a $20 per lot transport fee will be charged.
COVID-19 protocols:
ONLY one winning bidder is allowed every 15 minutes to accomodate social distancing.
Wear proper protective equipment
Stay home if you're sick or taking care of someone who is sick.
Bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Loading assistance is not available. Bring boxes or totes for smaller items to carry away.


SHIPPING:
Shipping is available for some item at the buyer's expense. We use USPS Mail for all items that fit in a Priority flat rate ship envelope or box. If the item does not fit in a flat rate ship box or is fragile, we will use FedEx for packing and shipping.

1. After your sale invoice is paid, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping and handling charges the week after Pickup Day. Shipping can sometimes be costly, so consider the shipping cost prior to bidding. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup day before you receive your shipping invoice.

In addition to the cost of shipping, a $20 CT shipping and handling fee is added for the first package and $15 for each subsequent package.
We do not provide cost estimates for shipping. Shipping costs are determined once an item has been packed, measured and weighed.
2. If you need shipping, please send an email to Debbie at dmiller@caringtransitions.com not to expect you at pickup.

3. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.

PAYMENT DETAILS
1. Invoices will be sent out once the sale has completely closed. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

2. Login to your CTBids Account: Invoices>Purchases>Check out button> Choose Paypal or select the option below the PayPal login to use a debit or credit card.

3. You can pay with a major credit card or PayPal. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR GUARANTEES. We have made every effort to show and/or describe this item as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. Jewelry are not certified by a jeweler and does not have a Certificate of Authenticity unless otherwise noted. Caring Transitions of Winchester does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate. Buyer is responsible for performing the necessary due diligence before bidding.
