PICK UP DATES/ TIMES: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 26th and 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 27th only. Appointments MUST be made for both days so we can plan the parking logistics accordingly.

TERMS OF THIS SALE:

1. All purchased items must be removed unless otherwise noted in the lot description.

2. All items unsold remain the property of the Seller.

3. Bring adequate, able-bodied help to remove furniture from the home. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your purchase without refund.

4. All items are located in a 2-level garage.

5. Bring bags, boxes, and packing materials for fragile and multiple item lots.

6. All items not retrieved and REMOVED from the property by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 27th, are considered abandoned and will not qualify for refunds or alternate pick-ups. Additionally, bidder will be subject to a disposal / removal fee of not less than $25.00.

NOTICE: This rural property includes areas where mice activity occurred. Items have been lightly cleaned, but additional cleaning may be required. Please review photos carefully and bid accordingly.

We ask you please schedule a pick-up time to avoid wait times. You may schedule a pickup by going into My Account > Invoices > Schedule Pickup Appointment.

SHIPPING: Shipping is available only for items smaller items that will fit into a USPS flat rate shipping box. There is a minimum $15.00 handling fee per box, plus actual shipping charges.
