All sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to inspect bags. Items are "as is, where is". PLEASE BRING SOMEONE TO HELP LOAD LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS. DUE TO INSURANCE LIABILITIES, WE CANNOT MOVE THESE. MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICK UP BEFORE END TIME ON DAY OF SALE.

Ornate Estate Sale in Heritage Hunt

We are having such a great time this weekend setting up for both of our estate sales in Heritage Hunt. Our Ornate sale has lots of beautifully decorated furniture and Asian decor. The Traditional Estate Sale has classic simple style furniture and decor, both sales are on Saturday and Sunday.

PARKING-we expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAYS AND MAILBOXES. We have had issues recently and will have cars towed within 15 minutes if this is not followed. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU ARE PARKING.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. Before purchasing, inspect your items thoroughly and/or plug in to check if working. All items are sold “AS IS” condition.
