Cash/credit cards and local checks with proper ID only. We have some packing supplies, but plan on bringing your own. We are not responsible for accidents. All sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to inspect bags. Items are "as is, where is". PLEASE BRING SOMEONE TO HELP LOAD LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS. DUE TO INSURANCE LIABILITIES, WE CANNOT MOVE THESE. MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICK UP BEFORE END TIME ON DAY OF SALE.

PARKING-we expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAYS AND MAILBOXES. We have had issues recently and will have cars towed within 15 minutes if this is not followed. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU ARE PARKING.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. Before purchasing, inspect your items thoroughly and/or plug in to check if working. All items are sold “AS IS” condition.
Sign up sheet will be available at 7:45 am morning of sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only.
