UPDATE AND IMPORTANT INFO:

Estate sale is being allowed this weekend. All attendees MUST follow these instructions. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding for this particular sale due to all the ice/snow around. 

Any cars parking on the street, we’ve been told by the HOA they will be towed. 

No excuses, no exceptions. 

All cars will park at the clubhouse. A shuttle van will be provided from the clubhouse to the sale house (and back) on Saturday and Sunday. We’ll have the sign up sheet at the clubhouse 8:45am. After signing up, stay in your car or leave/return at 9:45am to line up and load up. Again, please be patient, we’ll do the best we can! These are unusual circumstances, but this past snow event was too. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

PLEASE NOTE:

Our Sign up sheet will be available 8:45 am on sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only. For early birds who make their own list, WE will transfer names to OUR sheet but you MUST BE PRESENT to be added to our sheet. If not present, your name is removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make sure you are back at the house by 9:45, if you are not in line by that time, you will forfeit your spot.

**NO BAGS OR PURSES larger than a wallet will be allowed inside the home. Clear see-through bags will be permitted.**

                      **BRING HELP. **

HTG DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Please bring help when purchasing large items. 

BRING YOUR OWN PACKING SUPPLIES. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. 

HTG accepts cash, local checks with ID and credit cards with a 3% fee.

PARKING will be a challenge with all this snow.  Please, park safely and carefully!!Driveway is for loading big items only. We expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAYS AND MAILBOXES. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU ARE PARKING.  WE’VE BEEN TOLD TOWING IS ENFORCED!

Before purchasing, INSPECT YOUR ITEMS thoroughly and/or plug in to check if working.  All items are sold “AS IS” condition.  

Not responsible for accidents while on property. Always enter and shop at your own risk. 

FYI....We will NOT BE ANSWERING QUESTIONS REGARDING PRICES, we are not able to remember exact prices on all the items. We appreciate your understanding with the pricing issue.
