* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees.
* Our descriptions are to the best of our ability as can be visibly seen.
* A bid is considered acceptance of condition.
* Freedom Liquidations LLC reserves the right to reject any bid prior to and after close of the auction.
* Virginia Sales taxes charged on all purchases unless you have a tax exempt form on file at the time of check out.
* 10% Buyer's Premium charged on all purchases.
* We accept cash, MC/Visa/ Amex / Discover
* Freedom Liquidations LLC reserves the right to resell and or dispose of any item not picked up during allotted pick up time and if other arrangements have not been made.
* Any disputes will be handled in Hampton, VA.
* Auction will use the soft close feature and will close in the order of the catalog at a rate of 1 item every 15 seconds. Any item receiving a bid in the last 2 minutes will extend the auction for that item by 1 minute. (other items will continue to close).
* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
