This Chesapeake Bay front home is a testament to the impeccable style of the homeowner, who was well-known in the Hampton Roads community.  The property has been in the family for over seventy years and is filled with lovely furniture and high-end decor items.  I truly appreciate the Family for giving me this opportunity to serve them as they liquidate their mother's home and prepare to put the home on the market.  This is a tremendous undertaking that keeps growing every day!  There is something for everyone in this Sale!

Please note that the Estate Sale is being conducted on the First Level of this three-story home and outside on the multi-level decks and garden areas.  The top two levels of the home are NOT open to the public.  All of the interior furniture and decor items have been brought downstairs and are staged on the first level.  The many outdoor decks and garden area are filled with outdoor furniture and decor items.  Please be careful when walking around the property.  Wear your walking shoes and be prepared for lots of steps and sandy areas!  There are NO public restrooms, so please plan accordingly.

This Sale is conducted Rain or Shine!  As lot of the Sale is outdoors, we are praying for clear skies!  

PICK-UP OF LARGE ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE DURNING THE SALE AND AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SALE EACH DAY AT 3:00 PM.  IF NECESSARY, ARRANGEMENTS MAY BE MADE FOR PICK-UP ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, BY APPOINTMENT.  PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE AND PACKING MATERIALS, AS THE STAFF IS NOT ABLE TO ASSIST.  Thank you for your understanding.

There will be a BID BOX available for Bids each day of the Sale.  Day One Friday, 9/16 prices are as marked.  Day Two Saturday, 9/17 prices will be reduced 25% (with some designated exceptions including the Fine Jewelry).  Day Three Sunday, 9/18 prices will be 50% off (with some designated exceptions including the Fine Jewelry) and No Reasonable Offer will be refused.

Diamond and Fine Jewelry: (Appraisals will be available for each piece of fine jewelry).  There are no discounts on the Fine Diamond Jewelry.  Reasonable Offers will be reviewed by the Homeowners.

• Sapphire and Diamond Pendant in stamped and tested 14K gold.  The egg shaped pendant is in white gold in open heart designs set with diamonds and sapphires.  The pendant contains 54 bead set round brilliant diamonds at 0.43 carets and 67 bead set faceted round blue sapphires at 0.67 carets.
• Onyx and Diamond Pendant/Slide stamped and tested 14K gold.  The pendant is on rubber necklace with 14K yellow gold caps and lobster clasp.  Pendant is 14K yellow gold containing one modified pentagon shaped flat cabochon cut black onyx pendant estimated at 5.92 carets.  There are seven round brilliant diamonds at 0.29 carets in a V-shaped channel setting at the end of the pendant.
• Onyx and Diamond Pendant/Enhancer on .925 Italy chain necklace.  The pendant is tested 18K white gold with one teardrop shaped cabochon black onyx at 23.16 carets.  There are 259 round diamonds and 5 round diamonds bezel set at 1.13 carets.
• Onyx and Diamond Earrings tested 14K gold and stamped ADAMOR (maker's mark).  In 14K white gold each with a marquise cut cabochon onyx incased in an open swirl encrusted with 103 round diamonds at 1.34 carets each.
• Onyx and Diamond Drop Earrings stamped and tested 18K Bollarri (maker's mark).  In rose gold with one pear cut double faceted black onyx and a total of 224 pave' set round diamonds at 0.98 carets total.
• Inside-Out Diamond Cut Oval Hoop Earrings stamped and tested 14K 585.  In yellow gold in an oval shaped incrusted with diamonds inside and out.  The back of the earrings have a plain bright finish.  The earrings contain 184 prong set diamonds; 102 in the front and 82 in the inside back for a total of 1.84 carets.
• Diamond Ring Enhancer stamped and tested Platinum and marked SH (maker's mark).  The ring is constructed in platinum and contains 14 brilliant diamonds, seven on each side, at 1.43 carets total. Size 5.25.
• Diamond Floral Pendant tested and stamped 14K and BH (maker's mark).  The pendant is constructed in white and rose gold in a floral motif containing 178 bead-set round brilliant diamonds at 1.25 carets total.
• Diamond Enhancer Ring Jacket stamped and tested 14K yellow gold.  The ring contains 14 prong set round brilliant diamonds, seven on each side, totaling 0.42 carets.  Size 5.25.
• Black and White "X" Diamond Bracelet stamped and tested in 18K white gold.  The bracelet is cast and set with ten bar links and ten "X" links.  There are a total of 220 prong set round white diamonds at a total of 1.10 carets, 22 white diamonds in each bar link.  There are a total of 140 pave' set round black diamonds, fourteen in each "X" for a total of 1.12 carets.
