A Family Affair

Wonderful old home with antiques!
- 2 antique muskets. One is a Springfield 1840 and the other is a Harpers Ferry. Note from ancestors says one gun was used by a Confederate soldier and the other by a Union soldier from the same family.
- Beautiful painting by John Elder who was from Fredericksburg and was a soldier in the Confederate Army. He painted Robert E Lee and Stonewall
- Jackson as well as Civil War scenes. This one is a landscape.
- Watercolor of ship with note on the back. It was purchased in 1920 for $3.00 from an elderly black man who painted it in 2 hours. Baltimore.
- Honda 6500 ES generator that has been serviced yearly by Land and Coats
- Coalport Spode Tower in red.
