***PICK UP WILL BE WEDNESDAY MAY 27TH FROM 10-4 BY APPOINTMENT THROUGH SIGN UP GENIUS ONCE AUCTION HAS CLOSED*** THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR PICK UP, IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP ON THIS DATE, PLEASE *DO NOT BID*

IF YOU CHOOSE TO BID, BUT DO NOT PICK UP ON THIS DATE, YOUR ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF BY COASTAL DOWNSIZING AND NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS WILL BE PERMITTED.

Bidding Starts Closing Friday May 22nd at 7PM- All auctions have a 5 minute soft close policy to prevent bid sniping. If a bid is placed on an item within 5 minutes of its closing time, the closing time will automatically be extended by another 5 minutes.

There is a 15% buyers premium added to each sale. Buyer will be responsible for pick up and loading of furniture and any shipping required.

Items MUST be paid at end of auction - Credit Card registration is required - Unpaid or declined invoices will be continued charged until paid and may be charged at a lesser denomination until paid

Your card will be automatically charged at close of auction

You need to show id to pick up your items.

***Items not picked up on pick up date specified will be forfeit and re-auctioned and you will not get a credit***

Invoices will be processed and emailed to the successful bidders once the auction has concluded. There is a 15% buyers premium that will be added to your final purchase price.

ALL GOLD/SILVER/COINS/PRECIOUS GEMS/DIAMONDS/PAPER CURRENCY BEING SHIPPED WILL REQUIRE CASHIERS CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO COASTAL DOWNSIZING LLC PRIOR TO SHIPPING AND SHOULD BE MAILED TO COASTAL DOWNSIZING PO BOX 15824 CHESAPEAKE VA 23328. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER ON ANY OF THESE ITEMS AND REQUIRE SHIPPING, YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL NOT BE CHARGED AND YOU WILL NEED TO SEND YOUR CASHIERS CHECK FOR THE TOTAL AUCTION INVOICE INCLUDING SHIPPING WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. IF YOU ARE PICKING UP LOCAL, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR ENTIRE INVOICE TOTAL INCLUDING THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.

Shipping assistance is available for this auction! All items will be professionally packed and shipped by PostNet offering FedEx, UPS, USPS & DHL located in Chesapeake, VA.

Shipping - we will ship your items to you at your cost - it may take 10 days to ship your items - we use a 3rd party shipping company, they will contact to arrange shipment

SHIPPING CUSTOMERS:

Please EMAIL a signed copy of the Paid in Full Invoice to coastaldownsizing@gmail.com to release your items for shipment PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL DATE.

The shipper will contact you directly regarding transport, packing and shipping charges.

**PLEASE NOTE**: Coastal Downsizing DOES NOT provide shipping quotes and does not provide a packing or crating service. Buyers are responsible to pay for packing and shipping charges.

In the event a buyer refuses shipping once the items have been delivered to the shippers, there will be a $20 retrieval fee charged to the buyer and/or items will be considered abandoned and become the property of Coastal Downsizing for disposal. No refunds or chargebacks will be allowed whatsoever for abandoned purchases in accordance with the additional terms of the auction below.
