We have a large, jam-packed house of an avid shopper for you this week! Most items are newer/not antique or vintage.  This is a gated community so enter off Regency Valley Drive or GPS may send you on a route that non-residents cannot enter. Please tell gate attendant that you are attending the estate sale.  We are not allowed directional signs in the neighborhood.
