PLEASE NOTE: GO THRU THE MAIN GATE AT REGENCY CLUB DRIVE, NOT OFF WAVERLY FARM DRIVE. THE GATE THERE IS NOT MANNED, MUST HAVE A TRANSPONDER TO ENTER. YOU CAN EXIT THERE BUT NO ENTRY.

Once thru main gate, left on Championship. Left on Legacy. Left on Bent Grass. Left on Alderbrook. House has realtor sign in front yard.

Our Sign up sheet will be available 7:45 am on sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only. For early birds who make their own list, WE will transfer names to OUR sheet but you MUST BE PRESENT to be added to our sheet. If not present, your name is removed. NO EXCEPTIONS. Make sure you are back at the house by 8:45, if you are not in line by that time, you will forfeit your spot.

PARKING-THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE!!!! Driveway is for loading big items only. We expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAYS AND MAILBOXES. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU ARE PARKING. WE’VE BEEN TOLD TOWING IS ENFORCED!
