Woodman Rd Estate Sale

Super excited to offer this precious house which looks smaller than it is. It is quite large, it will surprise you with 3 levels and 2 out buildings. This is going to be a fun sale. So mark your calendars for March 8th, 9th & 10th 10am-2pm. Presales will start in February on my Facebook business page Angelasstuff. Look forward to seeing you at the estate sale.

Good Evening Friends! Friday is the start of the Woodman Rd Onsite Estate Sale Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important details

Friday 3/8 , Saturday 3/9 and Sunday 3/10 10am-2pm

Things to remember: 
DO NOT PARK ON WOODMAN RD, IT IS A BUSY ROAD WITH NO PARKING. 

THERE IS A ROAD ACROSS THE STREET YOU CAN PARK ON IT IS NORMAN AVE. 

DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY OF THE ESTATE, THERE IS NO TURN AROUND. 

BE VERY CAREFUL CROSSING THE STREET! 

BRING A BAG FOR SHOPPING. THIS HOUSE IS 3 STORIES, 3 OUTBUILDINGS. 

ENTER THROUGH FRONT OF HOUSE, 25 Folks in the estate at a time. 

DUE TO THE EXPECTED TURN OUT OF THE SALE AND IT BEING ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT PARKING AND FOLKS NEEDING TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET WE HAVE HIRED A HENRICO CO POLICE OFFICER FOR THE SALE. 

PLEASE BRING THE MANPOWER TO LOAD AND DISABLE ANY ITEM PURCHASED. Will have limited help.
 

Payments accepted, Cash or Contactless payments through Cashapp, Zelle or Credit Cards.

All sales and presales are FINAL SALES. All purchases are AS-IS WHERE IS. No warranties given and NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Please inspect your purchase before buying to make sure your happy. This is your responsibility, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you purchased a presale please see Kim for pickup, Be sure to have your proof of your payment and a list of items purchased. That way no items get left behind or missed.

No earlybirds please although you are welcome to start a line outside of the estate at anytime. The entry is first come, first serve. No numbers. 

The estate nor myself are Not responsible for any accidents or injuries, enter estate at your own risk (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) 

Anyone that prepaid for a item, this is your reminder to pickup your item during the estate. Failure to pickup any presold items will result into loss of item or items purchased as well as forfeiting of any monies paid. 

Please bring packing supplies or bags, all bags are subjected to inspection. 

On any larger items we will accept bids to be reviewed Saturday after the sale. All bids must be at least $1.00 over 50% price. (Example if an item is $300 your bid must be $151.00) In order to place a bid you must leave a credit card to process if your the highest bidder and you must be able to pickup the last day of the sale 10am-2pm
