In the past we have conducted only Onsite Tag Sales, but we have recently decided to collaborate with an Online Estate Auction Company in order to provide our Clients and Customers a wider range of options for liquidating estates and buying.  We will continue to conduct some Onsite Estate Tag Sales, but will also hand over Estates for Online Auction to Estate Finds 4 U & Appraisals when the Estate will better benefit from an Online Auction.  Estate Finds 4 U, will also handle the leftover items from our Onsite Estate Tag Sales and convert them to an Online Estate Auction.

Closing in sequence, lots will start closing 1 Lot every 1 minutes. Bidding will auto-extend for 3 minutes
if bidsare received within the last 3 minutes of the closing time.

PICKUP: Saturday, July 30, 2016, 10:00am – 3:00pm ONLY!!
THIS IS AN ONSITE ESTATE, ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY,
OR THE ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED! All items MUST be picked up by 3pm on Saturday!
No refunds or credits will be issued for items not picked up. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned property.

If you are an out of state bidder...no worries...I can ship the item or items to you!! If you need furniture shipped, then you must arrange that shipping yourself and adhere to the pickup day scheduled. We can provide a list of shippers for you to contact......NEW RULE: If you live out of town and win a large number of bids, please give time for multiple boxes to be packed and shipped At the close of the auction, and you are an out of town bidder that needs your winning purchases sent to you, I will calculate the cost of shipping and add to your invoice. I only charge the exact cost to ship and will let you know on your invoice the weight of the package.
