3 day onsite moving/downsizing sale. First time on the market since 1959 when the family built this stately Colonial in coveted Moreland Farms. This is a 3 day consecutive tag sale. All items are priced to sell.

Parking: Plenty of parking behind the home and walk up hill where dumpster is located. Parking in the driveway is limited to furniture and large pickups.

The John Deere mower (396 hours, approx. 8 years old) will be sold by sealed bid, all bids MUST BE written (either at the sale site or e-mailed) and submitted by 3 p.m. April 29th. Winning bidder will be notified evening of April 29th. Payment in full by April 30th 5 p.m. Pickup by May 1, 5 p.m.
