The TREASURE TROVE Onsite Estate Sale

IMPORTANT NOTICE Hey Folks due to the heat index today, we will be closing early today, last entry at 2:30. We will be back tomorrow and Sunday 10-4pm  and thankfully the heat index won’t be so bad 

After living in this house for over 50 years, it is truly a treasure trove! Every ounce of the estate is packed along with 3 out buildings! This sale is going to be the sale of the summer. The sale will take place August 2nd, 3rd and 4th 10am-4pm daily. Presales will start on my Facebook business page Angela's Stuff under the event in April. Mark your calendar and don't miss this sale! 
 

Good Evening Friends! Friday is the start of the start of The TREASURE TROVE Onsite Estate Sale  . Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important details 

Address: 9340 Varina Rd 
Friday 8/2 10am-4pm, Saturday 8/3 10am-4pm and Sunday 8/4 10am-4pm

Things to remember: 
Do not block on Varina Rd, you will need to park in the driveway and side/backyard. Make sure you park evenly since parking is limited. 

There will be a 10 person maximum in the house until some of the items in the estate clear out. This house is PACKED! 

There is also 3 outbuilding packed! 

Many items will be on a price list, I would suggest taking a photo of the list so you can reference back to it. 

PLEASE BRING THE MANPOWER TO LOAD AND DISABLE ANY ITEM PURCHASED. There will be limited help available to help load large items. 

This is the contents of the estate, and outbuildings. 

Payments accepted, Cash or Contactless payments through Cashapp, Zelle or Credit Cards. All payments other than cash have a 4% convenience fee. 

All sales and presales are FINAL SALES. All purchases are AS-IS WHERE IS. No warranties given and NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Please inspect your purchase before buying to make sure your happy. This is your responsibility, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you purchased a presale please see Kim for pickup, Be sure to have your proof of your payment and a list of items purchased. That way no items get left behind or missed.

No earlybirds please although you are welcome to start a line outside of the estate at anytime. The entry is first come, first serve. No numbers. 

The estate nor myself are Not responsible for any accidents or injuries, enter estate at your own risk (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) 

Anyone that prepaid for a item, this is your reminder to pickup your item during the estate. Failure to pickup any presold items will result into loss of item or items purchased as well as forfeiting of any monies paid. 

Please bring packing supplies or bags, all bags are subjected to inspection. 

On any larger items we will accept bids to be reviewed after the sale ends Saturday. In order to place a bid you must leave a credit card to process if your the highest bidder and you must be able to pickup the last day of the sale.
