Pine Run Onsite Estate

I’m SO excited for this estate. It is PACKED!! Beautiful West End Estate filled to the brim with all great items! The sale will take place in Rd Henrico Va 23233. The sale is located in Pine Run Neighborhood in the West End. The sale dates are April 14th, 15th & 16th 10am-4pm daily. Presales will start on my Facebook business page Angela’s Stuff under the estate event the beginning of February. Be sure to rsvp to this event it’s going to amazing! 
 

Good Evening☀️ Friends! Friday is the start of Pine Run On-Estate Sale . Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important details 

Address: 12724 Glenkirk Rd Henrico 
Friday 4/14 10am-4pm Saturday 4/15 10am-4pm and Sunday 4/16 10am-4pm 

Things to remember: 

Do not block driveways of neighbors.

PLEASE BRING THE MANPOWER TO LOAD AND DISABLE ANY ITEM PURCHASED. 

1. This estate is a PACKED estate, 3 floors of quality items, also outside items. Due to this house being a higher quality estate and it being so PACKED. We will only allow 20 people in the estate at a time. 

2. Payments accepted, Cash or Contactless payments through Cashapp, Zelle or Credit Cards with an additional 4.5% convenience fee added to your total. 

3. All sales and presales are FINAL SALES. All purchases are AS-IS WHERE IS. No warranties given and NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Please inspect your purchase before buying to make sure your happy. This is your responsibility, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

4. No earlybirds please although you are welcome to start a line outside of the estate at anytime. The entry is first come, first serve. No numbers. 

5. All items must be removed by the end of the estate sale Sunday (NO EXCEPTIONS)

6. The estate nor myself are Not responsible for any accidents or injuries, enter estate at your own risk (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) 

7. Bring a friend, or share with your friends. Help me liquidate this families estate! 

8. All pre-purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale, or you forfeit your monies paid and your items. (DUE TO TIME RESTRICTIONS FINISHING UP THIS ESTATE, THIS IS YOUR REMINDER FOR FOLKS THAT HAVE PREPAID FOR A ITEM) Thank you. 

9. Remember this is someone’s families home, and sometimes some of the family members work the sales with me, so please be respectful and polite. 

10. Please bring items to wrap your purchase in, or bags to carry your purchases in. 

11. Due to the recent thefts at the estate sales. We will now be checking bags and purses when leaving the estate. 

12. This sale has a massive amount of jewelry and silver, there will be someone working each area. We will allow two people to shop each section at a time, and will show once piece of jewelry at a time. 

13.Friday all marked items items are regular price.
Saturday all remaining items are 25% off (except Sterling & Gold) 
Sunday all remaining items are 50% off (except Sterling & Gold) 
All gold and silver jewelry as well as Sterling items are not included in the mark down. 

13. All presales have officially stopped as of now, there isn’t enough time left to allow me to pull any additional items from the estate. 

14. If you purchased or marked a items sold on presales and have NOT paid, your items will go back on the floor for sale in the estate, will NOT hold for you. 

15. For larger purchases be sure to have your own help to move. 

16. For all unmarked priced items, get all your unmarked items together and take to Angela at checkout for a price.
