This house is a dream - bright, open, modern and packed to the gills with the best of the best. From the minute you walk through the custom made front door - you are in a magazine worthy living room! Vintage (18th/19th century) oil paintings, hand painted wardrobe, Rose Medallion planters, blue and white planters, Custom made Thibault down pillows and the most beautiful sideboard/chest you will ever see! This room is straight out of Architectural Digest magazine!  

But it only gets better...once you see the STUNNING dining room! The Councill Craftsman Dining Table and Chairs, Councill Hunt board, and a lighted Councill Curio Cabinet.  Chairs are covered in a dreamy off white with tan detail, table comes with pads and an extra leaf, and the sideboard...it is perhaps the prettiest one I have ever seen. The gold gilt sconces are a MCM Chinoiserie DELIGHT, we have a signed bronze of 2 cavalier King Charles pups...Dining table is adorned with sterling candelabras, curio is stuffed with MCM china and a see of Michael Aram white dishes. Antique Audubon birds, Waterford crystal wines and sherbets, an Hermes scarf from the 1960's is beautifully framed and sits over the rolling bar cart - which is stuffed with Stafforshire pitchers, decanters, glassware and Michael Aram ice buckets, dishes and more. If you are looking for a bar upgrade - this is your sale. Most of the Aram pieces have boxes!

And then it happens...you think,  I can't take all of this beauty ...then  you walk into the vaulted den and your eyes feast on an antique pine hutch! This beauty is  dripping in old books, Staffordshire, original art, blown glass, and more...The palace size rug, the like new Bassett sectional sofa, console tables, Bassett entertainment center, dreamy lamps, antique oak cabinet and an original Paula Wachsttock oil on canvas completes this room! Ficus tree, plants and dreamy art pieces fill in the extra space...this room is a fun mix of old and new! Great lamps too!

Master bedroom is sooo good...the entire collection is MCM Lexington Furniture Co.  - French style Cane and Wood! Bed is a KING with custom bedding, Yves Delorme and more. Writing Desk, 2 Side chairs, plush club chair and tufted ottoman, large Lexington Wardrobe and we have a lingerie chest and dressers too. Baldwin Brass lamps and MCM art! This bedroom has two closets - packed to the gills with ladies clothing/scarves, shoes, handbags and JEWELRY!! Mink Coats, Cashmere coats and a bathroom we have turned into a small jewelry store! Clothing is size 8 - 14 from the likes of Talbots, Soft Surroundings, and more.  

Upstairs we have 2 queen beds, custom bedding, club chairs, Sleeper sofa by Bassett, original art everywhere. Dressers, lamps, books, desks, vanity and more...Beds - come with mattress/box springs - all of which are basically new. We do have white carpet upstairs - should it rain - we will ask for shoes to be taken off...bring socks if it rains!

Kitchen - the homeowner (and her son) are chefs! So we have wonderful kitchen wares - and lots of them. Sets of MCM white dishes, China, le Cresuet, platters, glassware galore, serving pieces, tools and gadgets, artwork, etc.

Outdoors - we have an AMAZING Woodard patio table with 6 chairs, Woodard bench to match the table, teak bench, teak chair and side table, planters, Green Egg (the smaller version), cement columns, wire planters, custom metal trellis x 2, Sheppard hooks galore, and garden tools/wagons and more.
