A Caring Transitions sign-up sheet will be placed at the front door at approximately 7:00 AM Saturday morning, and it will be considered the official sign-up sheet.

You MUST wear your own face covering while on the premises. NO EXCEPTIONS. Do NOT remove your mask while inside the home. There will be strict social distancing rules enforced. Only 25 people in the home at one time: When one person leaves, ONE person may enter.
