Terms & Conditions

-If necessary, numbers will be handed out approximately 10 minutes before the sale starts on Saturday (and each additional day if necessary)
-Cash is preferred. Credit Cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Discover) accepted (3%), Good / Valid Local Checks accepted (but we reserve the right to refuse checks as well).
-All sales final so please inspect fully all items you are planning to purchase.
-All items purchased must be removed from the location by the close of the last day of the sale (unless other arrangements are made). In general, staff won't be available to lift / move heavy items to your car (and if we are able to help, we're not responsible for any damage), removing items is your responsibility. WE RECOMMEND BRINGING A TRUCK/VAN/SUV/TRAILER IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY LARGE ITEMS, OR HAVE ACCESS TO A LARGER VEHICLE TO COME BACK AT THE END OF THE DAY.
-Because there are large items, we will offer limited hauling / transportation of some heavier/larger items as a separate service on a case by case basis and with a separate fee (delivery would be done on or after the final day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon).
-As a special condition of the many large items being sold: we may consider pre-sale purchase arrangements for those larger items, and during the sale, we may offer a "bid" system. All special arrangements are at our discretion.

This sale will feature lots of large pieces & sets of high quality luxury furniture at INCREDIBLE PRICES.  In addition to the wonderful furniture, there will also be beautiful ART, GOLF EQUIPMENT/COLLECTIBLES, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, HOME DECOR ITEMS, AND OTHER ODDS AND ENDS!  Definitely bring your truck, van, suv, and/or trailer to make sure you're ready to haul off your great buy!  As an auxiliary option, we may be able to provide hauling / transportation of items for those not equipped to do so (for a separate fee).

Because the nature of this sale featuring a lot of larger items, and being that this is a moving sale, feel free to call ahead if you are looking to discuss making purchase arrangements for larger pieces pre-sale.  If you see a larger piece you are definitely interested in, give me a call 804-858-4903 (only call if you truly are interested in striking a deal pre-sale and may need special info on an item). *Note: I almost certainly WON'T be able to respond to calls/emails during the sale; I will respond asap toward then end of sale day or after the sale ends for the day*  If it's not inconvenient, I recommend making it out to the sale.
