1. Condition of Items
All items are sold "as is, where is", with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. No representations or guarantees are made regarding the condition, authenticity, or functionality of any item.
2. Final Sale
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted under any circumstances once a sale is completed. All bidders must have their credit card on file prior to biding.
3. Shipping and Packaging
a. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, which must be paid in advance before any item is shipped.
b. The auctioneer will pack and ship smaller items measuring up to 24 inches by 24 inches.
c. For items exceeding these dimensions or requiring special handling, buyers must arrange their own packaging and shipping.
d. The auctioneer assumes no liability for damage or loss during shipping.
4. Pickup and Abandonment Policy
a. Local purchases must be picked up within four (4) calendar days of the sale date.
b. For items requiring shipping arrangements, buyers must coordinate and complete all shipping logistics within fourteen (14) calendar days of the sale date.
c. Failure to pick up or arrange for shipment within the stated timeframes will be deemed as abandonment of the item(s), and the auctioneer reserves the right to dispose of or reclaim the item(s) at their sole discretion, without refund or further notice.
