Please bring your own help for moving the large items. We cannot move furniture.
No Shopping Bags please.
Please remember that due to the nature of an estate sale - all sales are FINAL, items are as is. All sales subject to 6% sales tax. If you are a reseller please bring your Tax exempt information. This is a non smoking home.
We do not manage lists but will accept a list agreed on by those in line when the doors open.
Please bring help to remove your purchases. We cannot help you move or carry items to your car.

We will be hosting a fabulous Estate Sale in Leesburg, February 21-23. The location of the sale is in an old Mill that was built in 1777. This charming Mill is full of Antiques and Treasures. We have antique furniture, tools, wood, china, silver, crystal and more. Beautiful French Sconces, barn doors, Blue Nordic China, antique tools from the mill, mirrors, chests, and beds.
