     Welcome to an exceedingly clean and well-appointed sale.  Just about everything that we are offering is top quality.  This includes the FINE reproduction French armoire in the living room, the fine reproduction dining table accompanied by 8 French Provincial-style dining chairs, and the furnishings throughout the two main floors, also downstairs, and 2-car garage.  A rectangular patio table accompanied by 6 chairs plus umbrella sits just outside the basement doors opening to the swimming pool.

     This is one of our "blue bootie" sales, meaning that upon entering you have a choice to remove your footware or put on blue shoe covers before proceeding through the house.  Take your time to discover all the items for sale on three floors.  Look for the Lladro figurine, the Belleek castle-model vase, the Baccarat crystal candlestick.   When you find the vintage Hummels, know that they are beginning to make a comeback.  You will be enchanted with the mechanical metal cricket.  A Waterford crystal number "1" sits beside a Waterford crystal golfer.  A sterling silver teapot, porringer, bowl, and candleholders sit on a windowsill in the living room.  A vintage Canon camera plus lenses, flash, and bag are on the bar counter on the lowest level.

      The master bedroom has a king-size bed with upholstered headboard for sale.  On the opposite wall is a reproduction French provincial dresser.  There are two pairs of twin beds for sale.  Since they sat in the guest bedrooms, the mattresses have seen little or no use.  Assorted cameras and lenses we have put on the counter in the lowest level.  The 6' artificial Christmas tree for sale we have assembled near the billiard table (sorry, it conveys with the house).  You will find a selection of books as well as small tables nearby.  We have assembled the few lady's and men's clothes on one rack downstairs.  If you are still interested, there will be your "end of season" opportunity to buy a black ranch mink coat, seen in one of our photos modeled by our client.  We think it is a size 8.  She told us that she was larger then and the family was living in Buffalo.  Times have changed.

      We have gathered the many tablecloths and placemat sets on two tables we set up in the sunroom.  There too you will find kitchen ware, serving ware, plus a large wrought iron standing basket.  An adjacent etagere displays assorted teapots, bowls, and basins.  Good quality purses we have put on a large table in the family room along with women's shoes.  The baker's rack there holds more collectibles. We set up a long table in the large kitchen to display a lot of assorted drinkware.  We put large suitcases and boogie boards in the 2-car garage along with yard tools.  The nearly new light blue patio umbrella is there.  It goes with the large table and six chairs that are outside near the pool.  Also think how much you would enjoy relaxing in one of the two wood outdoor chaises longues with quite ample cushions.  The outdoor post heater between them is also for sale.

     We recommend Bungii to deliver your furniture purchases.  They are the part of Uber where the drivers have either a van or truck to pick up your items.  Then, we recommend that you make a more enjoyable day out by having brunch, lunch, or dinner in one of several good restaurants in the historic center of Leesburg, or in a shopping center on the outskirts.  So, come for another good time at an Items of Value sale.
