* Some sales require removal of shoes, shoe protectors will also be provided by the estate sale company.

No purses or bags allowed. Please keep your purse or backpack inside your car. Shopping baskets will be provided for you at the front door for shopping convenience. We do not release prices or information about an item prior to the sale. The sign up sheet will be put at the MAILBOX OUTSIDE THE GATE when the address is released. It will remain out there until 8:00am the morning of the sale.
