All auction items are “as is” and no refunds will be issued for failure to thoroughly inspect items for use and condition. 4.2 The winning bidder is obligated to complete the transaction. Failure to do so may result in penalties such as account suspension or legal action.

5. Fees and Payments
5.1 We have no hidden fees of any kind. We charge a 15% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax. By bidding, you agree to pay these fees. Please provide tax exemption status documentation within your bidder profile.
5.2 Payments must be made by the methods approved and listed on our platform.

You are prohibited from:
6.1 Using any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper working of the site.
6.2 Undertaking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
