Pickup: Monday, April 28, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM – all smalls and furniture – at 385 Edgehill Wood Drive – Rain or Shine
Tuesday, April 29, 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon – Furniture only – by appointment – it is our cleanout the house day, limited staff on hand.
Bring your own movers and packing materials please – we have no labor, muscle, or packing materials on site.
Terms of Sale: Rain or Shine, All Sales Final, all sold “as is – where is” with no warrantees either expressed or implied, condition as is,
Moving per Cannon’s Auctions standard terms at buyer’s cost, based on our removal schedule. 15% Buyer’s Premium and any applicable sales tax,
Valid Credit Card required through Cannonsauctions.com to bid.
If you need to have objects shipped, please arrange your moving AND contact Christine Corbin at soldinc@verizon.net to arrange release of objects before Sunday 5 pm.
Note: All objects left after closing on Monday, April 28 which have not been addressed to Christine Corbin will become the possession of Sold, Inc., unless buyer has contacted us before 5 pm on Sunday to make prior arrangements.
