Payment Terms: For this Sale payment will be collected at PICKUP (not at Auction END). After the auction ENDS, you will receive an INVOICE DUE via your registered email. Accepted forms of payment at PICKUP are Cash, Approved Check or Credit Card (MC, Visa).
Buyer's Premium: A 15% Buyer's Premium is added to every purchase. This means if your winning bids total $100, you will be charged $115 at checkout.
Sales Tax: The applicable 6.0% State & Local Sales tax will be assessed to ALL purchasers. Only vendors supplying a valid Exemption Certificate for THIS STATE (merchandise location) will be exempt. A separate certificate must be supplied for each Sale Event for which you request exemption. (We do not accept blanket exemptions.)
Tax Exemption Certificates: for this Sale Event must be BROUGHT with you to PICKUP where your payment will be processed or we will be unable to consider you exempt for this event and you will have to apply to the applicable state for a refund.

STAGGERED CLOSING: The online auction closes at multiple items per minute This feature will close the bidding on intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a 'live' auction.
DYNAMIC CLOSING: The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 4 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 4 minutes of the asset's closing time.

After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a removal fee for disposal of your unclaimed items. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS AT THE POSTED REMOVAL TIMES. Bidders who do not pickup their items at the scheduled time will be considered to have abandoned their purchases and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment.
