1. Bidding at this auction means bidder has read and fully under- stands the auction terms and agrees to be bound by the same.
2. A premium (10%) will be applied to each item sold to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price.
3. Bidders must present proper ID and register prior to bidding.
4. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
5. Auctioneer has the right to bid on behalf of the buyer(s).
6. Auctioneer reserves the right to divide or combine lots or withdraw items from auction.
7. All items sold as is, where is, in the condition it is in without warranty of any kind.
8. All sales are final. Items may not be returned or exchanged.
9. Time for inspection of items being sold is provided prior to auction. Bidders are cautioned not to bid on or purchase items they have not inspected to their satisfaction. When the item is sold, it becomes the complete responsibility of the buyer.
10. Payment is due in the full the day of the auction. Nothing is to be removed from auction premises without payment and proof of receipt.
11. Buyer’s may pay by cash, credit card or check.
12. The auction firm is not responsible for personal injury or damage to property. Auction attendees are responsible for themselves as well as their employees, associates, and family members.
13. Items are expected to be removed the day of the sale. Items purchased that have not been paid for, or are left on premises without making specific arrangements with the auction firm, may be resold at the financial risk of the original successful bidder.
14. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the auctioneer shall be absolute and final.
