We are right on Centreville Rd in Manassas.  Plenty of parking.  Snacks, hot coffee & soda are available (McDonalds within 100 yards, as well).  Lots of FUN!

Terms of Live Auction: All bidders are required to present proper ID and register prior to bidding.  All items sold as is/where is in the condition it is in.  All sales are final.  No refunds or credits will be provided.  Credit Card Customers may not request charge-backs for any reason. The highest bidder shall be the buyer when the gavel drops or the auctioneer announces, “Sold.”  At that time, the property immediately changes possession and becomes the winning bidder’s responsibility.  If you win something, take possession of it and safeguard it from being misplaced or damaged. We will accept payment by cash, approved check and credit card (checks returned for NSF will be subject to $35.00 fee).  10% Buyer’s Premium added on all purchases.  NO ADDED CHARGES FOR CREDIT CARD PURCHASES!
