Pick Up Time: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, April 25th only.

We ask you please schedule a pick-up time to avoid wait times. You may schedule a pickup by going into My Account > Invoices > Schedule Pickup Appointment.

Shipping is available only for items smaller items that will fit into a USPS flat rate shipping box. There is a minimum $15.00 handling fee per box, plus actual shipping charges.

Terms of this Sale:

1. All purchased items must be removed unless otherwise noted in the lot description.

2. All items unsold remain the property of the Seller.

3. Bring adequate, able-bodied help to remove furniture from the home. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your purchase without refund.

4. All items are located in a 3 level home, an extensive yard and an outbuilding. The basement does have a useable exit.

5. Bring bags, boxes, and packing materials for fragile and multiple item lots.

6. All items not retrieved and REMOVED from the property by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25th, are considered abandoned and will not qualify for refunds or alternate pick-ups. Additionally, bidder will be subject to a disposal / removal fee of not less than $25.00.

If you cannot adhere to the pick-up date and time, please do not bid.
