* Please bring your own help and tools for the loading of large items.
* Please come prepared to wrap and pack your own purchases. While we do occasionally provide wrapping paper and boxes, this is not always the case.
* All purchased items must be removed prior to close of business on the last day of sale.
* We reserve the right to refuse to serve or allow entrance to anyone.
* Please practice “estate sale etiquette”. Be respectful of the property, its contents and especially other customers. Rude behavior will not be tolerated.
