Terms of Sale: 7% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License.

Please do not park on the neighbors' grass. Plenty of parking on the gravel road and the field. Please park on one side of the road only. Driveway is reserved for pick-ups only.

PLEASE NOTE THE START TIME CHANGE TO 9:00 AM BOTH SATURDAY & SUNDAY!!!

We will begin passing out numbers at 8:00 AM on Saturday & Sunday. We will open the doors at 9:00 AM on Saturday & Sunday. We will allow the first 25 folks in the home when the doors open. As the crowd disperses, we will allow others in the home. No limit on the number of individuals in the huge barn/garage. Please exercise caution when walking around the property.

NO PRE-SALES, NO PREVIEWS, AND NO PRICES GIVEN OUT PRIOR TO 9:00 AM Saturday, 3/23/2024. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements.

Please no large bags or backpacks allowed at the Sale. We will provide a Sold Table for you to hold your bags and to collect your items that you intend to purchase.

Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property. No public restrooms, so please plan accordingly.

Items may be added or removed at the Estate Sale Company's discretion.

Please bring help to lift any items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to lift or carry. Please bring your own packing materials and your own tools to dismantle furniture.

Items to be removed during the Sale or at 3:00 PM each day. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment.

Masks are now optional at sales. Please practice Social Distancing.

LLC is excited to be in beautiful Mathews!  The homeowner has been a long time resident and is downsizing for a move West!  The home is an adorable Farmhouse built in 1900!  The huge barn/garage has a dirt floor and is full of all sorts of goodies!  Dress appropriately to be outdoors and be careful when walking around.  We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
