Doors open at 10am.
We do not manage sign-up lists. Entry is first-come, first-served. If a list is produced when we open our doors, we will honor it with the agreement of those in line.
There will be a limited number of people allowed in the home during the sale. We limit the number for the safety of the items in the home and so you can have an enjoyable shopping experience when you enter. Some of rooms of the home will have a limit the number of shoppers allowed at a time.
We will not allow beverages, large purses, bags or boxes in the home. Additionally, dogs, baby carriers and strollers are not allowed inside. You will be asked to leave these items outside the home or in your car.
All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.
Please note that we charge sales tax on all sales unless you have a valid resale or diplomatic exemption that you can provide to us.
We accept cash, cards, tap-to-pay, and checks up to $200. All card and tap-to-pay purchases will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases from the premises by the close of the sale. We are happy to provide the names of movers who can help.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to have the necessary tools to dismantle furniture, load, and move the items purchased. Any damage caused by negligent moving will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Staff are not permitted to help with furniture removal, packing purchases, or helping to move them to your car.
We are not responsible for items you purchase and forget to take with you.

During the first weekend (Dec 5 – 7), all items will be at full price. Discounts will take effect starting the second weekend (Dec 12 – 14).

From studio pottery to premium glass, handcrafted jewelry, clothing, accessories, and a variety of artwork, this sale presents an opportunity to find the perfect holiday gift or a unique finishing touch for your home.
The glass collection features renowned brands such as Kosta Boda, Orrefors, Waterford, Baccarat, Lalique, Iittala Finland, and Blenko, as well as many talented glass artisans (including signed art glass). Notably, there is a significant selection of Kosta Boda glass by the artist Ulrica Hydman-Vallien, including her art glass and wine and martini stems, as well as a stunning Simon Pearce art glass column lamp.
Discover studio-made and fashion jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pendants, chokers, and watches. There is a selection of fine sterling and gold jewelry, with many pieces crafted by Decorus Custom Goldsmiths in Georgetown.
The clothing selection ranges from classic and elegant brands like Armani, Burberry, St. John, Ungaro, and Louis Feraud to handcrafted art-to-wear pieces from the US and Europe, including beautiful and unique wool sweaters. Sizes range from small to medium, with no large items available. Please note that there is no fitting room, so dress accordingly.
For footwear, there is a variety of high-end shoes from Manolo Blahnik and Ferragamo, as well as several Italian designers, including boots, heels, sandals, flats, pumps, trendy sneakers, and espadrilles, in sizes 7.5 to 8.5.
There is also an impressive array of scarves made from silk, cashmere, and wool (many hand-knit), along with a wide selection of gloves (sizes 7.5 to 8), lovely lingerie, and beautiful belts crafted by Judith Lieber, Paloma Picasso, and Robert Lee Morris. Additionally, we have many vintage bags for sale.
The home exudes a deep appreciation of nature at every turn, and you will find collections of seashells, rocks, minerals, coral, and feathers throughout.
Additionally, the sale includes mid-century modern furniture, including two teak desks, Rosewood bedroom pieces, and a Torring Danish teak three-drawer dresser.
For book lovers, we offer first editions of Black Americana, including works by W.E.B. Du Bois. You can also discover art by African American artists, including McNeil and James Amos Porter, as well as etchings by Ben Cabrera and Dalí. Unique 1950s ocean liner menus and Indian woodblocks by Chittaprosad will also be available.
