Doors open at 10am.
We do not manage sign-up lists. Entry is first-come, first-served. If a list is produced when we open our doors, we will honor it with the agreement of those in line.
There will be a limited number of people allowed in the home during the sale. We limit the number for the safety of the items in the home and so you can have an enjoyable shopping experience when you enter. Some of rooms of the home will have a limit the number of shoppers allowed at a time.
We will not allow beverages, large purses, bags or boxes in the home. Additionally, dogs, baby carriers and strollers are not allowed inside. You will be asked to leave these items outside the home or in your car.
All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.
Please note that we charge sales tax on all sales unless you have a valid resale or diplomatic exemption that you can provide to us.
We accept cash, cards, tap-to-pay, and checks up to $200. All card and tap-to-pay purchases will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
Buyers are responsible for removing their purchases from the premises by the close of the sale. We are happy to provide the names of movers who can help.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to have the necessary tools to dismantle furniture, load, and move the items purchased. Any damage caused by negligent moving will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Staff are not permitted to help with furniture removal, packing purchases, or helping to move them to your car.
We are not responsible for items you purchase and forget to take with you.

Savvy is excited to invite you to the second weekend of our truly unique sale. Following a fantastic first weekend, we still have a plethora of amazing items available, including additional items not included last weekend.

We will grant entry based on the agreed-upon line when we open the doors at 10 am. Since the address was released previously, any lists left before Friday will be discarded.
The sale has a diverse selection, ranging from studio pottery and premium glass to handcrafted jewelry, clothing, accessories, and artwork. This is a perfect opportunity to find a unique holiday gift or a special finishing touch for your home.
Furniture still available includes a Swaim velvet upholstered sofa in the living room, a vintage Swaim slipcover chaise, a Torring three-drawer dresser, a Rosewood four-drawer dresser, a fabulous black lacquer chest, and a handwrought inlaid coffee table.
A diverse range of glassware is available from Kosta Boda, Orrefors, Waterford, Baccarat, Lalique, and Iittala Finland, along with many artist-signed pieces.
Discover studio-made and fashion jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pendants, chokers, and watches. We also offer fine sterling and gold jewelry, with many pieces crafted by Decorus Custom Goldsmiths in Georgetown.
The home still has racks of clothing from classic and elegant brands, as well as handcrafted art-to-wear pieces from the US and Europe, including beautiful and unique wool sweaters. You will find mostly natural fibers - no polyester here. Sizes range from small to medium, with no large items available. Please note that there is no fitting room, so dress accordingly.
There is also a large and varied button and designer perfume collection. A variety of high-end shoes, including boots, heels, sandals, flats, pumps, trendy sneakers, and espadrilles, in sizes 7.5 to 8.5, as well as vintage bags and gloves, can be found in the women’s clothing room.
The home reflects a deep appreciation of nature, showcasing collections of seashells, rocks, minerals, coral, and feathers throughout. Also new this weekend is a fun collection of pig and boar figurines and décor.
For book lovers, you will find first editions of Black Americana, including works by W.E.B. Du Bois. You can also discover art by African American artists such as Lloyd McNeil and James Amos Porter.
New this week is a lovely record collection, CDs, and JVC and Sony audio equipment.
All the outdoor furniture and décor will be available this weekend.
We have a room filled with dolls, stuffed animals, and toys. Additionally, there is plenty of stationery, soaps, and candles, offering fantastic gift options.
