WE DO NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN MOVING, PICK UP, OR TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR PURCHASES. You are solely responsible for all post-purchase handling and removal of your purchases. Purchases must be removed from the property within 24 hours of purchase within business hours unless arranged otherwise with the sale hosts.
All are welcome! However, please note that this is a three-level private home that includes stairs. Please be cautious and use the handrails.
Any damages made to your purchased items and the owner’s home is your responsibility. We are not liable for damages made to your purchases once you pay for the items.
Do not park in the driveway. The driveway is only for pick up of purchased items as arranged with the sale hosts. Please ensure that neighbors can fully enter and exit roads.
Do NOT enter rooms and areas that are off limits.
