MASSIVE Onsite Estate Sale Hanover Grove

This sale is going to be MASSIVE! Three story house PACKED! Presales will start in November under the event on my Facebook business page Angela’s Stuff. The estate sale will take place January 19, 20 & 21, 2024 10am-2pm daily. The sale will be located in Hanover Grove subdivision located in Mechanicsville. 
 

Good Evening Friends! READY FOR THIS SALE IS MASSIVE and THIS HOUSE IS PACKED!! Friday is the start of the MASSIVE Onsite Estate Sale Hanover Grove  . Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important details

Things to remember: 

To start this sale, we will have limit entries , due to how packed the house is.

Do not block driveways or park in neighbors yards

PLEASE BRING THE MANPOWER TO LOAD AND DISABLE ANY ITEM PURCHASED. Will have limited help.
 

Payments accepted, Cash or Contactless payments through Cashapp, Zelle or Credit Cards.

All sales and presales are FINAL SALES. All purchases are AS-IS WHERE IS. No warranties given and NO REFUNDS GIVEN. Please inspect your purchase before buying to make sure your happy. This is your responsibility, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If you purchased a presale please see Kim for pickup, Be sure to have your proof of payment and items purchased if need be.

No earlybirds please although you are welcome to start a line outside of the estate at anytime. The entry is first come, first serve. No numbers. 

The estate nor myself are Not responsible for any accidents or injuries, enter estate at your own risk (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) 

Anyone that prepaid for a item, this is your reminder to pickup your item during the estate. Failure to pickup any presold items will result into loss of item or items purchased as well as forfeiting of any monies paid. 

Please bring packing supplies or bags, all bags are subjected to inspection. 

On any larger items we will accept bids to be reviewed Saturday after the sale. All bids must be at least $1.00 over 50% price. (Example if an item is $300 your bid must be $151.00) In order to place a bid you must leave a credit card to process if your the highest bidder and you must be able to pickup the last day of the sale which would be 1/21 10am-2pm
