At the beginning of the sale beginning on Thursday, 4-23-26, an orderly line will form and customers will be allowed in at around 10 am. The rules will be read, and then the sale will begin. Cash, Check (with 2 valid forms of identity), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. A 3% surcharge will be charged on all card purchases and a $50 fee charged for returned checks. Everyone will pay 6% VA state sales tax, unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt we will need a valid, full copy of your tax exempt form, otherwise you will pay tax just like everyone else. We cannot accept the forms at a later date and no refund of state sales tax will be available, once it has been paid. There will be a holding area for items to be purchased and once purchased a packing and boxing area on the walkway outside of the building for your convenience. All items sold are, as is, where is. No guarantees or warranties implied, NO RETURNS! All sales are final, bring help to load large items. All items must be removed by the end of sale. No refunds on unclaimed items. We are not responsible for accidents. YOU BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT! Bring your own boxes, bags, and packing material. We request that ladies leave their purses in their vehicles until it is time to check-out! Please keep your children under control at all times! We will have tight security so if you are a thief or shoplifter, you may as well just stay home! 25% discount day 2, 33% discount day 3, 50% discount day 4. Entry numbers will be passed out between 8 am and 9 am each day. Entry numbers will be necessary as the store is 32,000 square feet, so there will plenty of room.

There will be security cameras and security personnel on site at all times.

Changing of price stickers, removal of price stickers, or shoplifting will not be tolerated and we have no problem calling the sheriff's office and recording license tag numbers.

Ladies purses and all bags must be left in their vehicles.

Life is too short so if you can't obey the rules, or want to argue, stay home!
