By entering the property and/or purchasing items, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment accepted: Cash and Venmo only. No checks or other forms of payment will be accepted.

• All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties.

• Purchased items must be removed by the buyer.

• Buyers are responsible for loading, moving, and transporting all purchased items.

• Estate sale staff and property owners are unable to assist with lifting, moving, loading, or transporting merchandise.

• Please bring adequate help, tools, and vehicles for large or heavy purchases.

• Items left behind after the agreed pickup time may be forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Buyers assume all responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the handling, loading, or transportation of purchased items.
