There will be a $50 charge for bad checks.
NO NEGOTIATING! PERIOD! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MINE. No bundle purchase discounts, friends or family discounts, or any other discounts.
6% Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases and a 3% charge for use of debit or credit cards.
Tax exempt folks must bring a copy of their tax exempt form which will be surrendered to us.
IF YOU BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT! So be careful.
Entry numbers will be distributed between 8 am and 9 am each day. We will allow a manageable number of folks in at a time, and others as folks leave.
There will be security cameras and security personnel on site at all times.
Changing of price stickers, removal of price stickers, or shoplifting will not be tolerated and we have no problem calling the sheriff's office and recording license tag numbers.
Ladies purses and all bags must be left in their vehicles.
Life is too short so if you can't obey the rules, or want to argue, stay home!
All items sold are, as is, where is. No guarantees or warranties implied, NO RETURNS! All sales are final, bring help to load large items. All items must be removed by the end of sale. No refunds on unclaimed items. We are not responsible for accidents. Please keep your children under control at all times! 25% discount day 2, 50% discount day 3.
Do not show up the day before the sale asking to view items or asking for pricing. You will be sent away. Our time is valuable and so is yours.
Armed security will be on site 24/7 during the sale.

We would also like to put in a plug for our physical store: Cherie's Antique Emporium, 8149 Walnut Grove Rd., Mechanicsville, Va 23111. With over 32,000 square feet of antiques, vintage items and collectibles we are one of the largest Emporiums in the state of Virginia. We will be closed today, June 5, 2024, as we finish up work on the estate sale but will be open Thursday through Sunday 10 am to 7 pm this week and Wednesday through Sunday starting again next week.
