Are you ready for an exciting two-day online auction event? Join us on Friday, December 29th, and Saturday, December 30th, 2023, for an exceptional estate auction featuring over 600 lots filled with a wide variety of treasures. This unique event will take place entirely online, allowing you to bid from the comfort of your own home.

Auction Highlights:

Date & Time: The auction will be spread over two days, starting at 7:00 PM EST each day. With 3 lots closing every minute, you'll have plenty of opportunities to secure your desired items.

No In-Person Preview: Unfortunately, there will not be a day to preview these items in person. However, detailed descriptions and photographs of each lot will be available on the auction website to help you make informed decisions.

Pickup Information: If you win any items, pickup will be available on Friday, January 5, 2024, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please note that this will be a one-day-only pickup event, so make sure to mark your calendar.

Location for Pickup: The pickup location is 11910 Winter Haven Ct, Midlothian, VA 23112.

Please ensure that you arrive with appropriate packing materials and any necessary assistance for loading heavy items, as we will not be able to provide on-site assistance.

Appointment Required: To ensure a smooth and efficient pickup process, customers will need to schedule an appointment via the Signupgenius website to collect their winnings. A link for scheduling will be emailed out after the auctions end.

Shipping: We do all shipping in-house. After the auction ends, you will receive your Proxibid invoice, but you will also receive an invoice via email from our shipping program called ShippingSaint. Once you pay this invoice, your items will be sent out for delivery. We do shipping through UPS, USPS, & FedEx; it all depends on which service is less expensive. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, box size, materials used, labor (prorated), & item location (in-house or onsite). If you have a preferred shipping company, please contact us to make this request. Shipping is generally done within 6-7 business days, but could take longer depending on the amount of items.

In-Person Delivery: In-person delivery is available within 50 miles for an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.
