1969 E Type Jaguar convertible 4.2 litre series II

“The most beautiful car ever made”, Enzo Ferrari.  The E type jaguar is considered an icon of automotive design.

Fresh to the market, this car has been garage keep for the past 30 years while being restored. This car is part of an Estate.  The current owner inherited the car from his father upon his death.  No records have been recovered or known to exist.  Upon being at the body shop to be painted, the car’s bonnet disappeared, thus the reason for the replacement hood.  It is believed that most of the car’s parts (and bonnet accessory parts) that were removed for paint prep and are present.  Parts were unpacked and photographed to show contents.  The carburetor has likely has been modified for improved performance ability.
