REEDS LANDING IS A GATED COMMUNITY. UPON ENTERING THE NEIGHBORHOOD, YOU MUST STOP AT THE GUARD HOUSE. PLEASE INFORM THE ATTENDANT THAT YOU ARE GOING TO  THE ESTATE SALE. 

Parking is restricted throughout the neighborhood. Please park ONLY around the sale house and on the same side of the street. An additional parking lot can be found at the top of the field in the front of the house near the gazebo. Customers who do not mind a short stroll down the hill are welcome to park there.

Please wear your walking shoes and mind your step. Circa is not responsible for falls or mishaps.

As always, masks are appreciated but not required. Public restrooms are NOT provided, so please plan accordingly.
