PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
10) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.
11) We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists.

🎷 SPECIALTY, COLLECTOR’S & FULL-HOUSE ESTATE SALE 🚂
This longtime family home is absolutely packed! In addition to some truly unique specialty pieces, you’ll find beautiful furniture, antiques, international art and décor, collectibles, vintage military items, kitchenware, crystal, appliances, garage tools and equipment, clothing, records, electronics and so much more.
The family was well traveled, and the home reflects those travels with artwork, furniture and decorative pieces from China, Japan, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Germany and beyond.
Here are just some of the highlights:
🤠 John Wayne Collection – A plethora of John Wayne memorabilia throughout the home, including artwork, books, decorative pieces and collectibles. John Wayne fans will have plenty to look through!
🎷 Selmer TS44 Professional Tenor Saxophone – Beautiful yellow brass with hand engraving, made in partnership by Selmer USA and Henri Selmer Paris. Purchased new for approximately $3,249 and played only a handful of times, if at all. An exceptional instrument in beautiful condition.
🥁 Chrome Double Second Steel Drum Set – Standard F# “Whole Tone” double seconds, left and right. These have been stored in a garage for several years but show no visible rust. A very unusual find!
🎹 Musical Instruments & Vintage Audio – In addition to the saxophone and steel drums, look for a Yamaha keyboard and a Kawai Dreamatone Luxury Console Organ. The fully operational vintage Kawai features automated self-playing orchestration, a full wooden bass pedalboard, multi-line digital display and built-in floppy disk drive for MIDI recordings and orchestral arrangements.
Music lovers will also find records, record players, stereo components, a vintage reel-to-reel tape deck, LaserDisc player and discs, along with additional vintage electronics.
🚂 Vintage Märklin HO & MTH O Gauge Trains
Train collectors will definitely want to explore this collection!
• German Märklin Classic HO-scale trains from the 1960s, stored in wooden cases, with extensive track, numerous cars, switches and two power controllers. Reported to be in working condition.
• MTH O Gauge collection from the early 2000s, including a complete passenger train setup with engine, cars, track and power supply, plus additional cars, track, switches and power supplies.
✨ Crystal, Glassware & Entertaining – Beautiful pieces throughout the home including Waterford Crystal, Dartington Crystal, Waterford 12 Days of Christmas flutes, glassware, china, serving pieces and decorative crystal. Several of the collectible Waterford Christmas flutes include their cases and charms.
🏺 Antiques, Art & International Décor – An eclectic assortment of Chinese artwork, Asian furniture and pottery, Occupied Japan figurines, brass and gilt décor, German cuckoo clocks, antique decorative pieces, quilts, rugs, artwork and collectibles gathered over many years.
