WE'VE EXTENDED THE SALE DUE TO SNOW PREDICTIONS. SALE WILL NOW END OF TUESDAY, MARCH 25th @ 7pm with PICKUP THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, 2:30 - 6:30 PM. 

An eclectic mix of antiques to art glass, Native American to Colonial. Our seller had a distinguished career in textiles (see provenance within the sale) that afforded her global travel for leisure and education. Her collection is vast, and you're sure to find a few treasures to add to your own. Walnut Hill Auctions is honored to represent the downsizing of both her, and her parent's assembly, and share their cache with you.

Eclectic Treasures!  Primitives, Antiques, Art Glass, Textiles, Jewelry, Native American and treasures from across the nation!

Auction: First of three sales at this estate. Second sale (March 13, 2025) will feature antique and vintage textiles, fabric, notions, vintage and antique clothing, jewelry, and more. The third sale will be the real estate.

Auction Location: Home is in Warwick on the James neighborhood of Newport News, VA. Location will be announced to winning bidders only.

Preview is by appointment only.  Date and time will be provided to registered bidders.

Auction Closes Thursday, February 20, 2025 beginning at 7pm, with four lots closing per minute.

Pickup will be Saturday, February 22nd , 8:30 – 2:30 by appointment in Newport News, VA. You will receive the ADDRESS when you SELECT your pickup TIME from the text/email sent following the sale. This email may come the morning after the sale closes.

Shipping on most items is available at buyer’s expense.

TERMS of SALE

Buyer’s Premium and Tax: A 15% buyer’s premium and 5.3% Virginia sales tax will be added to each purchase. If you are TAX EXEMPT, you must submit your ST-10 BY 5PM Feb 20th. If it’s received after that time, you will be charged tax for this sale, and we’ll gladly update your account for future sales.

PREVIEW and PICKUP

Preview is by appointment to registered bidders on Sunday, February 16, 12 – 3pm.

Pickup – you will receive a text/email to SELECT your pickup time (or to ship). When you select PICKUP, then select your TIME. The ADDRESS is provided when you select your time – it is not included on your invoice.

MERCHANDISE

You are encouraged to attend preview inspections to satisfy yourself as to quality and condition. We provide descriptions to our ability and do not guarantee items to be of stated age, origin, use, or any descriptive. All items are sold as is, where is, without guarantee. We do not offer refunds and there are no chargebacks.

PAYMENT

Credit or debit cards are required to register and bid on this auction. During registration, your card will receive a $30 hold. This hold will drop off, usually within 24 hours. For winning bids, all cards will be charged immediately following the conclusion of the auction. All payments must be completed before pickup or shipping.
