ABSOLUTELY NO LARGE TOTES, PURSES, BOXES, OR BACKPACKS. Due to covid concerns, a limited number of people will be allowed in at one time. Dress appropriately for the weather. MASKS ARE REQUIRED if you are not vaccinated. All sales final, as is where is, no exchanges, returns, or refunds. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is hostile, aggressive, or obnoxious. Not all pictured items may be available on day of sale as we may allow online presales. Only cash or credit cards accepted. No checks. Items are $1.00 and up. No coins.
BRING YOUR OWN HELP to load, and tools to disassemble furniture.
NO PETS, FOOD OR DRINKS. IF YOU BREAK, YOU BUY. Not responsible for breakage, accidents or mishaps while on the property.
