*This is a two story home and buyers must provide their own tools and help for un-assembling furniture items and moving and loading them in vehicles. No staff will be available to help carry any items to vehicles.

*Sale host nor the owners will be held responsible for injuries while on the property. You will be at your own risk while on the property.

*I have very limited paper, bags and boxes, so please provide your own. Totes, large purses or backpacks must be left with the cashier or remain in your vehicle until you check out.
